Corporate Executive Board hat den CES mit einem \u00e4hnlichen Motiv eingef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>CEB hat in seinen Untersuchungen herausgefunden, dass die Verringerung von Reibungsverlusten ein besserer Treiber f\u00fcr die Kundentreue ist als die Schaffung au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher Erlebnisse an einzelnen Kundenkontaktpunkten. Angesichts der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/articles\/200306\/our-brains-negative-bias\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">negativen Voreingenommenheit<\/a> unseres Gehirns scheint diese Idee ziemlich intuitiv zu sein. Dixon beobachtete jedoch, dass Unternehmen sich darauf konzentrierten, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche individuelle Erlebnisse zu schaffen, was sehr teuer und nicht rentabel war. Laut der CEB-Analyse sagt der Customer Effort Score (CES) die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cebglobal.com\/insights\/effortless-experience.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kundentreue<\/a> 1,8-mal besser voraus als Kundenzufriedenheitswerte.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bekanntheitsgrad des CES wurde&nbsp;\u2013 \u00e4hnlich wie der des NPS&nbsp;\u2013 erheblich gesteigert, nachdem Dixon und seine Kollegen bei CEB im Jahr&nbsp;2010 ihre Ergebnisse in einem Artikel der <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2010\/07\/stop-trying-to-delight-your-customers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard Business Review<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht hatten.
