Prior to joining MDP, he was with GTCR Golder Rauner as an Associate and with Merrill Lynch in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions group. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Centennial Towers, InMoment, Liquid Web, RDX, and The Topps Company.
