This day is meant for employees to reflect and take advantage of mental health resources and to focus on relieving stress, preventing burnout, and having fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>World Mental Health Day is a yearly, global event that raises awareness about mental health and strives to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health issues. The theme for World Mental Health Day 2022 is \u201cMaking Mental Health &amp; Well-Being for All a Global Priority.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMental health and self care for our employees is a definite priority for us at InMoment,\u201d says InMoment\u2019s Chief Human Resources Officer Wendy Rand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn order for our employees to embody our core values of human, invested and bold, we must first enable them to look after their mental health and well being.
