Neela Seenandan

Neela is a seasoned human resources leader who drives a strategic talent agenda focused on recruiting, compensation, talent management, and Diversity & Inclusion. 

Neela is a co-CEO and Managing Partner at Hanold Associates which is an Executive Search firm she has led alongside her husband since 2012. She leads the firm’s HR Advisory Practice. Prior to this, Neela was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at  Nielsen in their consumer practice.  Neela had a progressive career in human resources leadership roles  within Aon Corporation,  joining in 2006, she served as its VP of Executive Talent Acquisition and Development. In 2007, she became VP, Global Head of Human Resources for Aon Re Global. After the acquisition of Benfield in 2008, Neela ran the global HR integration of the newly formed Aon Benfield. Neela was also asked to lead the HR integration of Aon and Hewitt Associates and become the Global Head of Human Resources for the integrated business, Aon Hewitt.

Prior to Aon, Neela  was with McKinsey & Company where she ran recruiting and professional development for North America and the business technology office, now known as McKinsey Digital.  Neela also worked closely with the senior leadership team in the financial services and insurance practice and in the last two years at McKinsey focused on executive development and partner and director performance coaching.

Born and educated in London, England, Neela started her career in executive search with Michael Page. She spent a number of years in the United Kingdom and Prague, Czech Republic before moving to Chicago.

Neela has a  Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature from Newcastle University in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. She’s active with her family, her husband and 4 boys  and a strong supporter of numerous charities, including Save the Children, Robert F Kennedy Human Rights and NFL’s Fight for a Cause.

Nitin Somalwar is a c-level executive with over 20 years of experience developing technology and solutions and has a deep passion for driving product vision, organizational alignment, and long-term business growth.

Nitin has a blend of emerging solutions and platform expertise, including SVP of Engineering at Bottomline Technologies (acquired by Thoma Bravo in 2022), a leading financial services and payments company that powers the world’s largest banks. Prior to Bottomline Technologies, Nitin served as General Manager and built an engineering organization that supported the hyper growth of a data science-driven, real-time analytics platform. Nitin was also Head of Engineering/CISO/CIO, for a healthtech platform that focused on building a streamlined healthcare customer experience. He has also held several leadership roles focused on early-to-mid-stage, fast-growth companies, including Salesforce.

Nitin has leadership expertise in steering best-in-class solutions that solve difficult business problems. He oversees engineering and infrastructure and works on forward-thinking disruptive technologies, new product innovation and scalable platforms, and builds technology that inspires long-term customer satisfaction.

Nitin has a M.S. and B.S. of Computer Science from the CSU Fullerton, and his M.B.A. from UCLA. Nitin enjoys time with his wife and two children and is a die-hard Los Angeles Lakers fan and loves to travel to exotic locations.

Kimberly Gerard is a transformation executive and financial leader with experience at achieving financial success while guiding organizations through large-scale change and exponential business growth. Prior to joining InMoment, Kimberly spent over 20 years at Cerner Corporation (currently Oracle-Cerner) serving in several executive leadership positions; Director of Financial Systems, Corporate Controller, Vice-President, FP&A, and most recently Chief Transformation Officer.

Throughout her tenure at Cerner, Kimberly leveraged strong financial acumen and leadership skills to influence and ensure the financial organization was a key stakeholder and enabler of the overall business strategy. Additionally, she led the implementation of several critical initiatives designed to increase business efficiencies focused on automation and cost optimization. Early in her career, Kimberly was a Controller for BellSouth Intelliventures and a Senior Accountant for FastWeb, Inc. Kimberly is a CPA with her B.S. in Accounting from Emporia State University and an Associates in Accounting from Florida State University.

Prior to joining InMoment, Mr. Lewis served as Global President of Nielsen Holdings PLC, where he oversaw the Global “Buy” business and the ex-U.S. “Watch” business, which comprised approximately 2/3rds of Nielsen’s $6 billion of revenue. Mr. Lewis previously ran the North American “Buy” business, and both the Latin American “Buy” and “Watch” businesses, leading each of these segments to both accelerated revenue growth and enhanced profitability. During his time at Nielsen, Mr. Lewis completed and successfully integrated more than 10 strategic acquisitions. Prior to Nielsen, Mr. Lewis was CEO of Knowledge Networks, a venture capital-backed start-up where he succeeded the founding CEO and led its transformation into a more differentiated provider of specialized market research. Mr. Lewis also held an earlier role at Nielsen, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and the #2 executive in the North American business turnaround from 1995-1999. Prior to his career in information services, Mr. Lewis led the Consumer Products division at The NutraSweet Company.

Prior to joining InMoment as its Chief Product Officer, Sandeep served as SVP of Product at Medallia. He also led cutting-edge product development at SAP, Yahoo!, and other well-known brands.

Sandeep holds a Bachelor’s degree in technology from IIT Delhi and a Master’s degree from Cornell.

Sandeep resides in the San Francisco Bay area where he enjoys spending time with his family, watching five day long cricket test matches, and dabbling in a little bit of powerlifting.

Mehul was also an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, and an IC design engineer for Micron and Intel.

Bryan is a seasoned and proven services leader, most recently serving as both VP of Professional Services North America and VP of Worldwide Services for the Customer Experience Management Practice at OpenText. He was also key to helping drive the acquisition of HP Software into OpenText. Before that, Bryan served as VP of Worldwide Professional Services, Education, Support and SaaS for HP Software. Prior to that, he also led the Services organizations globally for Autonomy, Verity and Cardiff Software, all acquired companies. Bryan began his career as a trusted business advisor with Arthur Andersen.

At InMoment, Bryan is growing and scaling our client services organization while ensuring our customers monetize their success through our platform and the programs we help them build, driving multi-faceted experiences across CX, EX, and MX.

Bryan is an adamant sports fan; on weekends you will catch him at one of his children’s sporting events or supporting his beloved Michigan State University Spartans!

Bryan has a BS in Pkg Engineering with an emphasis in Mathematics, from Michigan State University, and he earned his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Western Michigan University.
