Nitin Somalwar

Nitin Somalwar is a c-level executive with over 20 years of experience developing technology and solutions and has a deep passion for driving product vision, organizational alignment, and long-term business growth.

Nitin has a blend of emerging solutions and platform expertise, including SVP of Engineering at Bottomline Technologies (acquired by Thoma Bravo in 2022), a leading financial services and payments company that powers the world’s largest banks. Prior to Bottomline Technologies, Nitin served as General Manager and built an engineering organization that supported the hyper growth of a data science-driven, real-time analytics platform. Nitin was also Head of Engineering/CISO/CIO, for a healthtech platform that focused on building a streamlined healthcare customer experience. He has also held several leadership roles focused on early-to-mid-stage, fast-growth companies, including Salesforce.

Nitin has leadership expertise in steering best-in-class solutions that solve difficult business problems. He oversees engineering and infrastructure and works on forward-thinking disruptive technologies, new product innovation and scalable platforms, and builds technology that inspires long-term customer satisfaction.

Nitin has a M.S. and B.S. of Computer Science from the CSU Fullerton, and his M.B.A. from UCLA. Nitin enjoys time with his wife and two children and is a die-hard Los Angeles Lakers fan and loves to travel to exotic locations.
