SYDNEY, Australia (8 November, 2021)—Employment Hero, employment management software connecting and empowering over 80,000 businesses across the world with a suite of powerful employment features, has partnered with InMoment® to launch a transformational experience improvement program.
Employment Hero will implement InMoment’s XI Platform with the goal of delivering best-in-class, memorable customer experiences, that create an army of advocates whilst increasing product engagement.
While delivering excellent customer experiences has always been a focus of Employment Hero, the business is ready to elevate its commitment, taking on a customer experience transformation. In the long term, each business unit will use relationship surveys and real-time feedback to identify strategic areas of improvement, ultimately streamlining the customer experience along key journeys.
The transformational CX program is launching in partnership with Experience Improvement (XI) leader, InMoment. The two businesses will partner together to tackle multi-channel engagement and journey analytics, with the aim of ultimately personalising and re-imagining the customer experience for Employment Hero customers.
