InMoment Included on 2022 Shatter List for Helping Break Glass Ceiling for Women in Technology

-InMoment recognized by the Women Tech Council for the fifth consecutive year for its commitment to the advancement diversity and inclusion

SALT LAKE CITY (March 31, 2022)—InMoment®, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI)™, announced it has been named on the Women Tech Council (WTC) 2022 Shatter List, a list that honors companies with active programs and policies that help break the glass ceiling for women in technology. InMoment was chosen based on its successful implementation of measures that create gender-inclusive cultures for women to ensure their growth and success.

“InMoment is honored to be recognized by the Women Tech Council for promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion that creates opportunities and highlights the contributions of women. At InMoment, we are intentional about our inclusion practices and understand the value of building a diverse culture.” said Kristi Knight, Chief Marketing Officer, “The fact that we are celebrating Women’s History Month at the same time makes this recognition even sweeter.”

To make the Shatter List, InMoment was evaluated and scored against hundreds of technology companies on four key criteria: executive engagement, company programming, community investment and women’s or D&I groups. Each company was required to demonstrate active, visible activities at all organizational levels that showed commitment and progress in these four areas.

InMoment was specifically recognized for its Women of InMoment (WIN) employee resource group. WIN has three primary goals that focus on connecting, educating, and helping women make an impact. As employees worked remotely, WIN hosted virtual networking events to connect employees to InMoment’s inclusion and diversity mission. These events included such activities as the “Activating Leadership” sessions, which invited employees to seek out and step up to opportunities to lead others by learning from global executive leaders throughout the company. WIN podcast clubs also sprang up, where the team selected a leadership-driven podcast to listen to, then met as a group to network, reflect on learnings, and be inspired by other team members’ perspectives.

The continued success of InMoment will be defined by our commitment to our employees and their diverse viewpoints that continue to benefit our culture and customers.
