Mehul Nagrani

Mehul is a seasoned executive with a vast knowledge of the artificial intelligence market. He has spent over a decade in senior leadership roles and is currently InMoments’ GM of AI Product and Technology. Mehul was the founder and CEO of Fokal AI, an AI automation company and platform for ML applications. Prior to Fokal, Mehul served as the EVP and General Manager, Digital for Univision Communications where he transformed the division including its technology stack, personnel, products and overall performance. Mehul was also an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, and an IC design engineer for Micron and Intel.

Richard Barber brings to InMoment over 20 years of extensive leadership experience at global, B2B growth technology companies. He was most recently CFO of cyber security technology leader WatchGuard Technologies, where for ten years he oversaw significant revenue and profit growth. He has deep experience with private equity owned and publicly traded companies, various go-to-market approaches, mergers, acquisitions and capital financing. Richard began his career at KPMG where he was a senior manager in the Assurance practice.

Wendy Rand

An innovative HR executive with a passion for scaling businesses and cultures, Wendy has had an impressive career in various HR Business Partner and Finance leadership roles across industry leading global companies including Vail Resorts, TransUnion, Fonterra, Jones Lang LaSalle, Diageo, Honeywell, and AT&T. Before InMoment, she most recently was a member of the senior leadership team who successfully married the people, culture, process, and systems of Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort to create ‘Park City Mountain’, the largest ski resort in the United States.

She is an avid skier (boarder too!) and traveler and enjoys wine and vegetarian cooking. An adventure seeker, Wendy once jumped off the highest bungee jump in the world (Pipeline/Skipper’s Canyon, Queenstown, NZ) on the way home from a semester exchange at the Melbourne Business School in Australia.

Wendy has a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University, as well as a Master of Business Administration and Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Early in his career, Stephan was an editorial journalist and consultant for a global consulting firm before he founded BASIS-KONTAKT, a successful German research company that was later acquired by Maritz in 2000. He continued to work as managing director in Germany before he took over responsibility for all of Europe in 2008 and additionally for Asia Pacific in 2011.

Stephan is a regular speaker on global industry events and has published dozens of articles related to the future of international business in research, marketing, and customer experience management. Stephan holds a master’s degree in business administration.

Kristi is a regular speaker, Women Tech Council Board Member, and regularly participates in community outreach.

Gary Challburg

Gary brings 25 years of corporate legal expertise working in both large firm settings, and managing in-house legal teams. Prior to joining InMoment, he gained significant civil litigation experience, including a stint at Diepenbrock, Wulff, Plant & Hannegan, a California-based law firm serving the state’s largest private and public entities. He served in-house at several technology companies, including Phobos Corporation, where he coordinated the diligence efforts of an outside investment bank in preparation for a multimillion dollar round of funding, and led negotiations to close a $280 million sale to publicly traded Silicon Valley software company, SonicWall. At Harbor Capital Partners, Gary managed investor funds and helped to restructure a $140 million dollar asset portfolio. During his tenure at Propel Ventures, he supported portfolio clients in forging strategic partnerships, furthering investor relations efforts and negotiating mergers and acquisitions. He assisted one client in the sale of his company for 13 times projected year-end revenues. While at Black Horse Resources, Gary was a primary negotiator and closer of approximately $15 million of investor money. He is a member of the California State Bar and holds an in-house counsel license with the Utah State Bar.

Joiner has an exceptional record managing and motivating large, globally-distributed engineering teams. He is effective at building culturally diverse, team-centric operating units, with excellent development processes and strategic planning skills. Bryan Rellinger has been leading client services, consulting services, and professional services organizations for more than 20 years.

Bryan is a seasoned and proven services leader, most recently serving as both VP of Professional Services North America and VP of Worldwide Services for the Customer Experience Management Practice at OpenText. He was also key to helping drive the acquisition of HP Software into OpenText. Before that, Bryan served as VP of Worldwide Professional Services, Education, Support and SaaS for HP Software. Prior to that, he also led the Services organizations globally for Autonomy, Verity and Cardiff Software, all acquired companies. Bryan began his career as a trusted business advisor with Arthur Andersen.

At InMoment, Bryan is growing and scaling our client services organization while ensuring our customers monetize their success through our platform and the programs we help them build, driving multi-faceted experiences across CX, EX, and MX.

Bryan is an adamant sports fan; on weekends you will catch him at one of his children’s sporting events or supporting his beloved Michigan State University Spartans!

Bryan has a BS in Pkg Engineering with an emphasis in Mathematics, from Michigan State University, and he earned his MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Brian lends over a decade of sales and customer success experience to InMoment as the company’s Executive Vice President of Customers and Solutions.

Prior to joining InMoment, Brian spent many years contributing his considerable talent to SiriusDecisions as Global SVP of Sales and Customer Success, most recently, leading the sale of SiriusDecisions to Forrester Research. Brian was responsible for growing revenue and leading a team focused on delivering cutting edge marketing and CX consulting programs. His success with these initiatives left a mark on both SiriusDecisions and the wider business research world.

Brian’s world-class experience within customer retention, expansion, consulting, and onboarding made him a natural fit for InMoment, as did his time spent working in several verticals that are also key to the company. He is currently focused on turning all of that expertise into unmatched success for our customers.

Brian earned his B.S. in finance from Wake Forest University and resides in Connecticut.

Before that, he led the high-growth business unit within HP Autonomy, an ~$1.1 billion market leader in providing unstructured data applications and solutions, focused on customer experience and marketing technology. Joiner was acquired into Autonomy via ZANTAZ in 2006 having served as founder and CEO of Singlecast Technologies, a pioneer in unstructured data classification.
