“At InMoment, we are committed to gender equality and creating an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive,” said Neela Seenandan, Chief People Officer, InMoment. “Our favorite core value is ‘human’ and demonstrating respect and open-mindedness toward others is central to our culture. As we move forward, our objective is to be part of the solution by continuing to implement programs and policies to create a more just and equitable world for all.”

To make the Shatter List, InMoment was evaluated and scored against hundreds of technology companies on four key criteria critical to building inclusive cultures with meaningful measures that help women break and surpass the glass ceiling in technology that include executive engagement, company programming, community investment, and women’s or D&I organisations. Each company was required to demonstrate active, visible activities at all organisational levels that showed commitment and progress in these four areas.

Throughout the past year, the company focused on programs that specifically support working parents, increased representation of women in leadership positions, and launched training and development programs to promote career growth and dedicated its time on equality, diversity and inclusion programs like, Don’t Ban Equality pledge. The organization plans to continue developing internal initiatives to challenge gender biases and stereotypes, advocate for equal pay and opportunities, and support all employees in their professional and personal lives.

The list is compiled by scoring companies on four areas critical to building inclusive cultures and requires companies to have active, meaningful measures that help create momentum towards breaking the glass ceiling in technology. Each area relates to demonstrable and visible activities, programming and commitment to women working in technology at all levels of the company from executive to entry level.
