JAX Tyres & Auto Shortlisted For Two Customer Experience Awards across Asia Pacific in 2021

SYDNEY (7 Oct 2021) — InMoment, the leading provider of Experience Improvement™(XI), announced its client JAX Tyres & Auto has been named a finalist for Best CX Initiative at Australia and New Zealand’s 2021 Customer Experience (CX) Awards, as well as Best Brand Experience for the 2021 CX Asia Excellence Awards. This news follows two award wins for JAX Tyres & Auto in 2020, Best CX Transformation and CX Leader of the Year. 

JAX Tyres & Auto is the 2021 finalist for Best CX Initiative and Best Brand Experience following its award-winning customer experience transformation last year. The business overcame unique franchise challenges, leading to record high sales performance over two years—a 20 percent year on year growth. The 2021 CX Asia Excellence Awards judges also commended JAX Tyres & Auto for proving a link between better customer experiences and individual store performance.
