LONDON (October 10, 2022)—InMoment®, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI)™, announced today a global “Mental Health Day” for its employees. This day is meant for employees to reflect and take advantage of mental health resources and to focus on relieving stress, preventing burnout, and having fun.

World Mental Health Day is a yearly, global event that raises awareness about mental health and strives to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health issues. The theme for World Mental Health Day 2022 is “Making Mental Health & Well-Being for All a Global Priority.”

“Mental health and self care for our employees is a definite priority for us at InMoment,” says InMoment’s Chief Human Resources Officer Wendy Rand.

“In order for our employees to embody our core values of human, invested and bold, we must first enable them to look after their mental health and well being. That means providing them with both the resources and benefits they need, as well as the time to devote to self-care. This ‘Mental Health Day’ is just one more way we can encourage our team to fill their own cup.”

“We recognise working toward mental health and well-being is an everyday necessity. That’s why in addition to our Mental Health Day, InMoment provides each employee with year-round mental health resources,” says Rand.

Employee Mental Health Day is a resource that shows InMoment puts their people first by investing in its employees. Each employee has access to Sanvello, a mental health app that supports people through self care, peer support, coaching, therapy, and guided meditation along with employee assistance programmes for each region to help employees find resources and get answers to questions about stress, depression, anxiety, and other conditions. The company has also partnered with Masterclass, to help employees keep up to date on the latest learning and skills and to achieve better mental and physical wellness and will host a MasterClass co-hort for “Mindfulness and Meditation” around the time of World Mental Health Day.

InMoment is aligned with the mission of World Mental Health Day and the importance of bringing awareness to the cause of mental health and well being and taking action to support and educate its employees. InMoment encourages awareness and education year round as its  employee wellbeing today and in the future is about creating individuals, workplaces, homes, and a society that can flourish.
