Based on our discussions in our last Experience Exchange on Designing Inclusive Experiences, we are delighted to invite you to our next closed-door session with Mark Webb. He is a public speaker and campaigner, inspiring brands and organisations to value all ‘flavours’ of diversity and notably disability in their experience journey planning. Mark has worked for a number of brands in the past as PR, Marketing and Social Media lead. He is currently Head of Comms for a charity called Shift.ms and Ambassador for a number of brands in retail and leisure. He lives with the progressive illness Multiple Sclerosis, which hasn’t stopped him from talking openly about this disease, being the voice of truth for brands.
Join us for this hour as Mark shares his stories of interacting with brands, who simply could have improved their experiences for all, when just asking the right person the right questions.
In that spirit, we will spend a considerable amount of time asking and discussing how you can take simple steps on your accessibility journey, creating inclusive journeys, whether it is from an HR or CX perspective. And trust us, Mark will frankly answer any questions you may have, from asking the right survey questions, to the tiniest considerations for accessibility.
We look forward to seeing you.
