Simon Fraser, Vice President of XI Strategy and Enablement, InMoment
Simon began his career in Oxford for NOP Mystery Shopping (now part of GFK), before to AC Nielsen (now Nielsen IQ). After a decade working with many of the leading Global FMCG Brands both in the UK and Internationally, Simon joined Empathica in 2011 as Retail Director, and his InMoment journey began.
Since the start Simon has designed groundbreaking customer experience strategies at InMoment, and with a keen eye on ‘what’s next’. Although based in Europe, he takes a global approach to best practices, innovation, and shifting trends.
Simon’s decades of experience in helping businesses make better sense of their customers’ needs and expectations, in order to drive experience improvement and better business outcomes, make him a key strategist here at InMoment.
Evelin Kremer, Senior Director Solutions Consulting EMEA, InMoment
In her role as Senior Director Solutions Consulting EMEA, Evelin Kremer heads up a team of 3 cross functional Solutions Consultants who support, advise and assist our European clients during the planning phase to scope an optimized and holistic Experience Improvement system running on the InMoment XI platform to meet both their technical and information needs to enable organizations to drive actions effectively.
She is a passionate communicator and team player, who likes to travel, play volleyball, and cheer for our clients for winning CX, EX and XI awards. She is currently based in Wiesbaden, Germany.
