InMoment Continues Its Expansion In France

LONDON (December 14, 2021) – InMoment®, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI)™, announces the continuation of its expansion in France. Following the appointment of Nicolas Herz as Country Manager, the InMoment France team has been further expanded to better serve the needs of its clients, which include Sodexo, Nissan and Allianz.

The recent recruitment of Jérôme Ivain as Solutions Consultant has added years of expertise in software implementation. His specialisation in cutting-edge methods around reporting and business intelligence offers French clients more possibilities for implementing actions that improve the customer experience and generate better revenues for the company. Marin Guérault has also joined the team and brings with him an international background, particularly in the US, and sales experience.
