Mr. Weisman served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Dunkin’ from September 2017 to December 2019. From 2007 until September 2017, Mr. Weisman served in senior executive positions at Digitas and as the Chief Executive Officer of Digitas North America from 2013 until September 2017. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Weisman was Chief Marketing Officer at DraftFCB/Chicago, an advertising agency. Prior to 2002, he held various management positions at advertising agency Leo Burnett. Mr. Weisman holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brown University.

Mark Leiter

Mark Leiter is Vice President of Corporate Strategy for The Boeing Company. In this role, he is responsible for evolving the company’s enterprise strategy, shaping corporate strategy conversations and decisions, and strengthening functional excellence in strategy design and development skills. He leads a team that drives mission-critical strategy initiatives while creating institutional perspectives on broader market demand and market dynamics that can influence the company’s future innovation opportunities and growth trajectory.

Leiter brings 30 years of strategy development experience, with a deep specialization in helping complex, global business-to-business (B2B) enterprises improve their performance. During his career, he has created enduring strategies for top management teams at over 150 organizations, including 40 of the current Fortune 500 corporations. He has shaped strategy development from multiple perspectives as a consultant, operating executive, board member and venture investor.

Leiter worked with Nielsen Holdings for ten years, from 2006 to 2016, initially as a consultant and then as part of the leadership team, serving as a member of the CEO’s executive committee and in multiple leadership roles, ultimately as Nielsen’s Chief Strategy Officer.

As a consultant, Leiter has advised public, private and civic sector organizations while at Bain & Company, McKinsey & Company, Capgemini Ernst & Young, and through his own firm, Leiter & Company. Notably, he was a member of McKinsey’s marketing practice leadership team and the co-leader for their B2B marketing and branding practices. As a senior partner at Capgemini Ernst & Young, he was on the executive committee overseeing the firm’s worldwide strategy and transformation practice.

Leiter is a Distinguished Strategy Fellow, Global Counsellor, and Global Advisory Council member at The Conference Board. He is a Trustee of The Committee for Economic Development, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of InMoment and The Save the Music Foundation. He is a venture partner at Pereg Ventures, a capital firm that invests in early stage B2B information services businesses.

As the author of Crafting Strategy in an Accelerating World: practical advice from chief strategy officers operating in global, public corporations (World 50; 2018), Leiter’s views on strategy have been featured in numerous publications, including Business Strategy Review, Consultant’s News, Consulting Magazine, Knowledge@Wharton, and The McKinsey Quarterly.

He was a research fellow at Harvard Business School, holds a Master of Arts from Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.

Greg Goff

Greg Goff is the Chief Technology Officer of Uptake, overseeing all aspects of technology at Uptake including engineering and data science to build the leading AI platform for industrial companies. Greg previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Morningstar where he defined and implemented the financial services giant’s global technology strategy. Prior to that, Greg served as Senior Vice President of Global Platform Technology at The Nielsen Company and developed a single technology strategy and platform that integrated all of Nielsen’s consumer assets. He has also held past positions at Accenture and BlueMeteor.

In his position as Chief Technology Officer for Morningstar, Greg defined and implemented the global technology strategy for internal corporate systems and external products, while setting technology standards and practices across all businesses and countries. He also provided visionary technology leadership, promoting company-wide innovation while remaining relevant on current best practices, industry trends, emerging technologies. He shared technology strategies to clients and employees, maintaining technology staff across the company of the highest caliber.

As Senior Vice President of Global Platform Technology at The Nielsen Company, Greg drove influential change by developing a single technology strategy and platform, integrating all Nielsen Consumer assets into a single analytic platform. Further, he led the integration of disparate platforms driven by a single, integrated technology vision, as well as building new systems to rationalize legacy platforms and infrastructure to drive simplicity and speed to client deliverables while reducing costs. Greg managed a global team of 550 people, developing internal talent and bringing new talent into the organization to meet the rapidly changing demand.

Greg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois-Champaign.

John Lewis

Mr. Lewis served as Global President of Nielsen Holdings PLC, where he oversaw the Global “Buy” business and the ex-U.S. “Watch” business, which comprised approximately 2/3rds of Nielsen’s $6 billion of revenue. Mr. Lewis previously ran the North American “Buy” business, and both the Latin American “Buy” and “Watch” businesses, leading each of these segments to both accelerated revenue growth and enhanced profitability. During his time at Nielsen, Mr. Lewis completed and successfully integrated more than 10 strategic acquisitions. Prior to Nielsen, Mr. Lewis was CEO of Knowledge Networks, a venture capital-backed start-up where he succeeded the founding CEO and led its transformation into a more differentiated provider of specialized market research. Mr. Lewis also held an earlier role at Nielsen, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and the #2 executive in the North American business turnaround from 1995-1999. Prior to his career in information services, Mr. Lewis led the Consumer Products division at The NutraSweet Company.
