InMoment Accelerates Asia-Pacific Growth With New Singapore Data Centre

SINGAPORE [12 August 2021]—InMoment, Leaders in the 2021 Forrester Customer Feedback Management Wave, announced the launch of its Singapore data centre to accelerate growth and support its expanding client base in the Southeast Asia region. 

InMoment’s cloud-native XI Platform will help leading brands move beyond simply managing experiences. A first of its kind in-region, InMoment’s hyper-modern technology focuses on actually improving experiences so our clients can prove the business value, impact and ROI of their CX and EX programs.  

The new Singapore data centre provides commercial and government clients a safe and secure environment, meeting data sovereignty and security requirements in the region. This investment will allow more clients across the region to leverage the XI platform to power their experience improvement strategy. 

In the last two years, InMoment has opened four new offices in the APAC region—Singapore, Shanghai, Melbourne, and Auckland. In April, experienced technology Sales Executive Carl Kimball joined our Singapore office to lead sales in the region. Following strong demand for InMoment services, our teams in Singapore and China have increased by more than 300 percent, and will soon move into a new state of the art office facility in Singapore to cater for ongoing growth.
