Rob is CEO and Founder of Bright, a growing software and advisory company that offers immersive learning experiences that cost less and can be delivered faster than traditional training methods, while delivering 20%+ better employee performance. Prior to starting Bright, he spent 15 years shaping innovation efforts and business transformations in Fortune 500, non-profit, start up, and public sector settings. Most importantly, he is a father of five, and lives with his beautiful/amazing/inspiring wife Laura on a farm near Washington, DC.
Jay Krall, Global VP of Data, Pulsar Platform
Jay is a ​​data product management, sales engineering and partnerships leader at Access Intelligence Plc. He works closely with data partners and rights holders to ensure broad, compliant access to news and social media data for Access Intelligence clients, including those using Isentia, Pulsar, Responsesource and Vuelio products.
Paul Barba, Chief Scientist in ML & AI, InMoment
Paul Barba has 10 years of experience developing, architecting, researching and generally thinking about machine learning, text analytics and NLP software. He has been working on growing system understanding while reducing human intervention and bringing text analytics to web scale. Paul has expertise in diverse areas of NLP and machine learning, from sentiment analysis and machine summarization to genetic programming and bootstrapping algorithms. Paul is continuing to bring cutting edge research to solve everyday business problems, while working on new “big ideas” to push the whole field forward. Paul earned a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from UMass Amherst.
Jeff Catlin, CEO, Lexalytics an InMoment CompanyÂ
Jeff Catlin has over 20 years of experience in the fields of search, classification and text analytics products and services. He has held technical, managerial and senior management positions within a variety of companies including Thomson Financial and Sovereign Hill Software. Prior to the formation of Lexalytics, Jeff acted as the General Manager for the unstructured data group of LightSpeed Software where he was responsible for sales, marketing and development efforts for the Knowledge Appliance and iFocus products. Prior to joining LightSpeed, he was co-owner of PleasantStreet Technologies which produced a news-filtering product. Jeff graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1987.
Mehul Nagrani, General Manager & Head of AI Technology in ML & AI, InMoment
Mehul is a seasoned executive with a vast knowledge of the artificial intelligence market. He has spent over a decade in senior leadership roles and is currently InMoments’ GM of AI Product and Technology. Mehul was the founder and CEO of Fokal AI, an AI automation company and platform for ML applications. Prior to Fokal, Mehul served as the EVP and General Manager, Digital for Univision Communications where he transformed the division including its technology stack, personnel, products and overall performance. Mehul was also an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company, and an IC design engineer for Micron and Intel.

Gianna is a seasoned Silicon Valley sales leader, with over two decades of experience in the digital experience and Martech space. Gianna recently joined InMoment to lead the Strategic Account and OEM Programs across the Americas. Prior to, she had a long and successful career with Interwoven, HP and OpenText. She has a track record of being obsessively focused on putting customers at the heart of everything she does.
