Jeff Catlin

Jeff Catlin is the Senior Vice President of Integrated CX and AI Products at InMoment, bringing over 20 years of experience in the fields of AI, search, classification and text analytics products and services to our portfolio strategy.

Before InMoment, Jeff was the CEO of Lexalytics, a pioneer in the commercialization of natural language processing (NLP) technologies which was acquired by InMoment in 2021. Jeff built and led Lexalytics into one of the pioneering companies in Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing (NLP). He played a critical role in creating NLP features, such as sentiment measurement, key concept identification, and author intention analysis, many of which have become industry standards.

Prior to the formation of Lexalytics, Jeff was the General Manager for the unstructured data group of LightSpeed Software where he was responsible for Knowledge Appliance and iFocus products.

Jeff has also held technical, managerial, and senior management positions within a variety of companies including Thomson Financial and Sovereign Hill Software, and graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Katherine Swintek

Katherine Swintek is an accomplished product and strategy executive, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product at InMoment. Katherine leads our product strategy and technical delivery capabilities to orchestrate and improve customer and user experiences with InMoment’s product portfolio. Katherine brings over a decade of experience in strategy and leadership roles, after starting her career in hands-on technical roles in data science, predictive model development, and data visualization tools for clients in retail, insurance, and investment banking.

Before joining InMoment, Katherine served as a Director at West Monroe Partners specializing in the software industry. She led over 150 software product and technology due diligence projects for companies with up to $5 billion in revenue. Katherine co-led the High-Tech and Software practice, working hand-in-hand with multiple Fortune 500 clients at the C-suite and board levels, delivering value-creation strategies from their product lines. This diverse background across various sectors equips her to drive product excellence and effectively shape the strategic direction of InMoment.

Katherine graduated from University of Michigan with a Master of Science in Biostatistics, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Tim Mohler

Tim Mohler is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at InMoment, bringing over two decades of experience leading engineering teams to innovate AI-driven solutions that enhance customer feedback analysis. Before becoming CTO, he served as SVP of Engineering at InMoment and was CTO at Lexalytics, where he played a pivotal role in its acquisition by InMoment. His expertise spans AI, machine learning, NLP, and strategic leadership in software development, with a focus on building scalable SaaS platforms and optimizing IT costs.

During his time as Chief Technology Officer at Lexalytics, Tim led the development of advanced AI and NLP tools designed to process large-scale text data, establishing Lexalytics as a leader in the industry. His strategic focus included making key technology investments, fostering customer partnerships, and maximizing ROI, positioning the company for significant growth and innovation.

Before his roles in AI and SaaS leadership, Tim Mohler held significant positions at Citadel and Citibank. As a Consultant at Citadel, he extended an HP OpenView system to analyze value-at-risk for system components. At Citibank, as Assistant Vice President, Tim contributed to critical IT infrastructure initiatives, furthering his experience in financial technology. These positions laid the foundation for his later success in technology management, engineering leadership, and system scalability across diverse sectors.

Angie Johnson

Angie Johnson brings a wealth of experience in pioneering strategic initiatives, fostering high-performing teams, and aligning HR processes with business objectives. She is committed to exploring new ways to drive organizational growth, foster diversity and inclusion, and enhance employee engagement and has a proven track record in creating positive work environments that attract and retain top talent.

With over a decade of progressive HR leadership experience, Angie ascended through diverse roles to her position as the Global Head of HR at InMoment. Prior to joining InMoment, Angie was the Director of Professional Services at Spherion where she provided strategic full-service HR solutions to a variety of industries, partnering with executive leadership teams, aligning people-strategy with business needs, facilitating transformative change management objectives, and managing key aspects of HR for her clients. Angie’s professional journey includes successful years as a Branch Manager, where she led large HR teams and initiatives, a People Operations Manager with MMC Group (Xerox), overseeing HR operations for government contract services and she began her HR career with American Family Insurance aiding business owners with their operational, marketing, and people planning objectives. This diverse background in talent acquisition, strategic HR solutions, and leadership roles allows her to continue to drive organizational excellence and contribute to the strategic vision of InMoment.

Angie holds and maintains her SHRM – Senior Certified Professional Certification in Human Resources and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies and Journalism. Angie is a frequent guest professor in Utah Valley University’s HR program. Outside of her professional engagements, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their dog. Her passion for exploration extends to her love for travel.

Kimberly Gerard


Kimberly Gerard is a transformation executive and financial leader with experience at achieving financial success while guiding organizations through large-scale change and exponential business growth. Prior to joining InMoment, Kimberly spent over 20 years at Cerner Corporation (currently Oracle-Cerner) serving in several executive leadership positions; Director of Financial Systems, Corporate Controller, Vice-President, FP&A, and most recently Chief Transformation Officer.

Throughout her tenure at Cerner, Kimberly leveraged strong financial acumen and leadership skills to influence and ensure the financial organization was a key stakeholder and enabler of the overall business strategy. Additionally, she led the implementation of several critical initiatives designed to increase business efficiencies focused on automation and cost optimization. Early in her career, Kimberly was a Controller for BellSouth Intelliventures and a Senior Accountant for FastWeb, Inc. Kimberly is a CPA with her B.S. in Accounting from Emporia State University and an Associates in Accounting from Florida State University.

John Lewis
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

John Lewis

John Lewis brings extensive expertise in executing dynamic change strategies involving portfolio alignment, product innovation, marketing excellence, and holistic focus on the customer. Prior to joining InMoment, Mr. Lewis served as Global President of Nielsen Holdings PLC, where he oversaw the Global “Buy” business and the ex-U.S. “Watch” business, which comprised approximately 2/3rds of Nielsen’s $6 billion of revenue. Mr. Lewis previously ran the North American “Buy” business, and both the Latin American “Buy” and “Watch” businesses, leading each of these segments to both accelerated revenue growth and enhanced profitability. During his time at Nielsen, Mr. Lewis completed and successfully integrated more than 10 strategic acquisitions. Prior to Nielsen, Mr. Lewis was CEO of Knowledge Networks, a venture capital-backed start-up where he succeeded the founding CEO and led its transformation into a more differentiated provider of specialized market research. Mr. Lewis also held an earlier role at Nielsen, where he was the Chief Marketing Officer and the #2 executive in the North American business turnaround from 1995-1999. Prior to his career in information services, Mr. Lewis led the Consumer Products division at The NutraSweet Company.

Stephan Thun

As a strategic leader, Stephan has brought disparate country organizations together to build an effective international machine. Using his innate entrepreneurial style, Stephan has delivered phenomenal results that resulted in unparalleled growth from the start.

Prior to his new role, Stephan was responsible for the Maritz international business encompassing Europe and Asia Pacific. Early in his career, Stephan was an editorial journalist and consultant for a global consulting firm before he founded BASIS-KONTAKT, a successful German research company that was later acquired by Maritz in 2000. He continued to work as managing director in Germany before he took over responsibility for all of Europe in 2008 and additionally for Asia Pacific in 2011.

Stephan is a regular speaker on global industry events and has published dozens of articles related to the future of international business in research, marketing, and customer experience management. Stephan holds a master’s degree in business administration.

David Blakers

David Blakers leads the InMoment business in APAC and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for clients whilst developing high performing teams. Having helped design then implement many of the largest CX management programs in the region (including nbn, Australia Post, Medibank, Spark & Foxtel). Under David’s leadership, InMoment has been named Leader in CX Partner of the Year 2019, Leader in the Forrester Wave, CX Partner of the Year Customer Feedback Management Wave, Employee Experience, David has a wealth of experience that ensures each client VOC and VOE program is successful.
