SALT LAKE CITY (March 22, 2017) — InMoment Senior Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy Brennan Wilkie will be a keynote speaker at the upcoming Next Generation Customer Experience (NGCX) conference in Carlsbad, California. Wilkie joins CX leaders from Adobe, Fidelity Investments, Kaiser Permanente, and others who will address attendees.

Wilkie’s presentation, “ROI by Design: How to Create Meaningful Value from CX,” will highlight key strategies for achieving business value from customer experience initiatives. The address will take place on Tuesday, March 28. Wilkie will also host a CX Leaders Roundtable discussion later that afternoon.

Wilkie has provided customer experience strategy counsel to hundreds of brands, including C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, to ensure the successful design and implementation of solutions that increase customer loyalty, build brand advocacy, and drive financial performance. Wilkie also serves as country manager for InMoment’s Canadian headquarters, and spearheaded the company’s expansion into Europe by establishing a permanent office and thriving client base in the United Kingdom.
