Businesses may want to listen a little more carefully the next time shoppers give them feedback. New research has found that a majority of shoppers feel that their feedback is falling on deaf ears, and as a result, many shoppers say their loyalty to certain brands is being negatively affected. According to the research, 85 percent of consumers said they have given some form of feedback to a brand or company, but just 46 percent of those people say they feel their feedback was used in a constructive way. That simple fact could be costing businesses in a big way. According to the research, 83 percent of consumers said they would be more loyal to a brand if they knew that brand would act on their feedback and make improvements. read more »
