This two-day (16 hour), virtual hands-on course includes a VOC exam and Certification and will teach you how to:

- Build Customer (and Employee Engagement)
- Gain Insights From Your Data
- Turn Insights Gathered from Your Data into Action
Prior to the course each participant will receive the latest training materials and after participation you will receive access to online certification testing.
