Birmingham, United Kingdom – October 20, 2010 – Boots UK is expanding its customer care measurement (CCM) programme, designed and managed by Empathica, a customer experience management expert, into its recently launched nurse-led health clinics in Nottingham and Milton Keynes.
Empathica will be collecting feedback from the two Boots nurse-led health clinics, in order to monitor customer feedback on all aspects of the customer experience. Survey invitations will be handed to the customer via a leaflet and customers will be able to respond by either using an online survey or by using a dedicated free telephone number. This insight will help Boots UK further understand customer expectations and potentially shape the way the clinics operate.
Gary Topiol, Managing Director, Empathica, said, “We are delighted that Boots UK has chosen to extend its customer care measure programme with Empathica.”
