Empathica Appoints John Bodolai as SVP of Sales, North America

Bodolai brings more than a decade of software sales and marketing experience to the leading Social Customer Experience Management provider

Toronto, Ontario, Canada — July 31, 2013 — Empathica Inc., a leading global provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions to the world’s most respected multi-unit enterprises, today announces the hire of John Bodolai as senior vice president of sales, North America. Bodolai will take a lead role in driving the organization’s revenue growth and expanding its customer base across all existing and emerging industry verticals.

With the recent launch of a number of industry leading CEM applications such as 3rd Party Feedback & Text Analytics, Bodolai will play a key role in ensuring that Empathica’s CEM offerings are positioned as the industry leader and delivered to meet clients’ customer experience objectives. Bodolai will work with enterprise brands so that customers are getting the consumer insights, strategy and action plans needed from their CEM programs.

Prior to Empathica, Bodolai was executive vice president at a healthcare Software as a Service (SaaS) application provider. In this role, he worked with an array of healthcare organizations, from clinics to large scale healthcare organizations, helping them transition to technology platforms and services. He was responsible for revenue growth and driving the company’s customer service programs.  John has also held sales and marketing roles at SkillsMeridian, which he co-founded, and PeopleSoft.
