VoCX’ highlights best practices in customer experience
SALT LAKE CITY (Oct. 5, 2016) — Cloud-based customer experience (CX) optimization leader InMoment today launched a weekly educational podcast series in support of CX Day, a global celebration of the companies and professionals that create great experiences for their customers.
The podcast, ‘Voice of Customer Experience’ (VoCX), offers quick, compelling listens highlighting best practices, trends, new technologies, and success stories from some of the greatest minds and brands in customer experience. The first episode is available here, with new episodes available weekly in the InMoment Library.

In addition to CX Day, the first week of October also marks Customer Service Week. In 1992, the U.S. Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event. The celebration has since grown into an international initiative honoring businesses and their employees for dedication to customer satisfaction, and raising awareness of the importance of customer service.
