InMoment’s Sam Middleton Named on Utah’s 2023 40 Under 40

—Utah Business recognizes Sam Middleton as one of the state’s most influential business professionals

SALT LAKE CITY [February 22, 2023] — InMoment, the leading provider of Experience Improvement (XI), announces that Sam Middleton, VP of Product Marketing has been named in the Utah Business’ 2023 40 Under 40, which honors Utah’s most established professionals.

A leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, Sam has unique out-of-the-box ideas for driving innovative solutions and technologies that lead to improved client experiences. His SaaS software experience spans all stages of the marketing and product lifecycle. He has a unique ability to foster high-performing teams and pinpoint emerging trends—–which are key to his success as a leader.

Sam was hired in 2017 and was a key player in leading the global team through the merger and acquisition of MaritzCX with InMoment in 2020, requiring an endless amount of collaboration, strategic business forecasting and short-and-long-term planning. 

Sam led the Asia Pacific marketing team and was a key contributor in getting the company recognized as a leader in multiple Forrester Waves, winning regional CX awards for client programs, and Best CX Partner of the Year for InMoment. He has been essential in creating product development and marketing strategies and has worked tirelessly to align internal organizations across the globe to influence organizational and infrastructure changes to build a world-class product development release cycle.

Outside of work hours, Sam is passionate about ensuring every person has their basic needs met (food, healthcare, clothing, education). He has also been a Unicef and Doctors without Borders ambassador for the past 5 years. In addition, Sam is involved in mentoring others in the tech industry and likes to give back to interns, college students, and professionals just starting their careers. Sam likes to spend time with his wife traveling, painting, enjoying good food, and meeting new people.
