The newly appointed executives are pivotal in supporting the company’s aggressive global growth strategy. Hugh Hannesson serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development and specializes in building high performance teams and accelerating businesses growth while providing leadership across the enterprise. Hannesson is a results oriented leader with a focus on customer experience, strategic business impact, revenue and developing high performing international teams. He brings enterprise experience at Oracle, Tivoli Systems and IBM.
James Bolle will hold the dual title of Country Manager, UK and Head of Client Services, EMEA. Bolle has more than 14 years of experience in agency-side market research, specializing in customer experience management, brand & advertising research, and customer segmentation. He is an expert at helping brands improve their customers’ experiences and has a proven track record of leading teams that thrive at helping brands listen, understand and share customer and employee feedback to achieve high levels of CX success.
Brennan Wilkie, who also heads the company’s CX Strategy Team, is also now serving as Country Manager, Canada. Wilkie’s leadership in customer experience strategy includes the vision and content creation for world-class programs, delivering unique consumer insights, and competitive differentiation through Voice of Customer innovation. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to new sales and business development, in addition to program, product and best practice evolution.
Erich Dietz has been elevated to Vice President of Worldwide Strategic Accounts. Dietz works closely with clients and partners to design and execute customer-driven experience solutions that improve every part of the business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. He has deep experience creating go-to-market strategies, partner and channel programs for Fortune 1000 global organizations and incorporating customer and employee insights into day-to-day operations to improve customers’ experiences, while bringing them real business value.
