Seven Scary Retail Trends as We Head into the Holidays

InMoment’s new Retail CX Trends report reveals that while loyalty isn’t dead, it may be tougher to obtain for brands not willing to build relationships with their customers. “Fewer shoppers are brand-loyal, in part because the same products and labels are readily available in more places, from dollar stores to warehouse clubs. Just 17% of shoppers described themselves as “fiercely loyal” to a handful of brands, according to a recent report by InMoment, a customer experience consultant.”
