The Right Way To Personalize Your Content

A study of more than 2,000 consumers from customer experience intelligence firm InMoment suggests that 75 percent find most forms of personalization creepy, and 40 percent of brands admitted to being creepy with their personalization efforts. Although half of customers responded that they would keep spending with these brands anyway, 22 percent said they would take their business elsewhere, and some would even warn their networks against shopping with brands that went a little too far.
