Empathica Names Sherri Kolomayz New Director of Worldwide Marketing

Kolomayz will oversee delivery of Empathica’s key messages to continue to strengthen the company’s position in the marketplace.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada – June 18, 2009 – Empathica Inc., a leading provider of Customer Experience Management (CEM) solutions to some of the world’s most respected brands, announced today that it has named Sherri Kolomayz as Director of Worldwide Marketing. Kolomayz will be based out of Empathica’s Canadian office, located in Toronto, Ontario.

In her new position, Kolomayz will be responsible for developing and executing Empathica’s marketing programs that help facilitate the company’s growth on a global level. Her goal is to maintain Empathica’s role as the industry-leading innovator of CEM best practices, while at the same time enhance its online presence via updated web site content and social networking tools.

Kolomayz joins Empathica from Infor, where she spent the last two years as Senior Marketing Manager, delivering effective marketing lead generation and communications strategies for Infor’s Workforce Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product lines. Prior to Infor, Kolomayz managed similar marketing roles at Workbrain and RAND Worldwide.
