The Shatter list evaluates and scores technology companies against four key criteria critical to building inclusive cultures with meaningful measures that help women break the glass ceiling in technology. They include executive engagement, company leadership initiatives, community investment and participation to share best practices, and formal internal programs to support women within and outside of the workplace.

Key milestones from the past year include:

  • The appointment of another female executive, Katherine Swintek, VP of Product – further strengthening representation at the highest levels of leadership.
  • 99 internal promotions in 2024, highlighting a commitment to developing and advancing internal talent.
  • Continued success of the Women of InMoment (WIN) Mentorship Program, which engaged 25% of the global organization in 2024.
  • Ongoing investment in employee resource groups, leadership coaching, and inclusive hiring practices.

The Shatter List was developed as part of WTC’s diversity and inclusion program and commitment to help build, recognize and amplify high-performing environments. Each area relates to demonstrable and visible activities, programming and commitment to women working in technology at all levels of the company from executive to entry level.
