About the Shatter List
The Shatter List was developed as part of WTC’s diversity and inclusion program and commitment to help build, recognize and amplify high-performing environments. The list is compiled by scoring companies on four areas critical to building inclusive cultures and requires companies to have active, meaningful measures that help create momentum towards breaking the glass ceiling in technology. Each area relates to demonstrable and visible activities, programming and commitment to women working in technology at all levels of the company from executive to entry level. Data for these areas was gathered and evaluated from across multiple sources.
